About BEES  

BEES is AB InBev’s proprietary B2B digital commerce platform, created to help small-and-medium sized retailers thrive and improve the performance of the companies that service them. BEES was launched in the Dominican Republic in 2020 and became a lifeline for many retailers during COVID-19. Today, more than 3 million retailers across 23 countries use BEES every month to browse for products, place orders, earn rewards, arrange deliveries, manage invoices, and access business insights all from one place. ​

BEES has two priorities. The first is to digitize and elevate AB InBev’s relationship with retailers. BEES has made immense progress on this goal, with 64% of the company’s annual net revenue captured through digital channels. The second priority is to monetize the platform as an open marketplace with other suppliers creating new profitable revenue streams. Today, 63% of buyers are now purchasing non-AB InBev items across 15 countries and marketplace business has captured $1.3 billion in annualized GMV. 

About the job  

We are excited to help new global partners unlock our platform’s full potential by digitizing their sales process and leveraging their existing route to market. To do this, we are expanding the BEES team in APAC, setting up an Implementation hub in Hong Kong to work on-the-ground with our partners on a daily basis.

What you'll do:

  • As the team expert on data and insights, you will be responsible for developing key reports, ensuring data accessibility for customer (e.g. DNR/MAU/NPS)
  • Together with the BEES Implementation team, empower BEES customers with training/education, communicating when new features will be made available within the app
  • Drive the data insights & reporting strategy for external clients, keeping in mind their strategic goals and nuances
  • Develop systems and processes to ensure issue resolution/escalation
  • Coordinate w/business transformation team on timing of feature rollout(s) and strategic timeline

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of functional leadership in data and insights within digital transformation, Tech, CPG, or a relevant industry
  • An exceptional client-partnership mindset, with the ability to manage external VP+ relationships within matrixed organizations
  • Experience leading strategic data implementation projects, specifically working with Data Lakes, KPI and Insights Dashboards, and decision making tools
  • Advances technical expertise within data, insights, or a relevant field
  • Experience working within a global scope; driving market-specific solutions (APAC experience is a plus)
