What you’ll Do:

  • Design, create and maintain front and back-end web solutions, integrations and microservices for our marketplace \ e-commerce platform as well as Zendesk (Customer Support system).
  • Monitor and improve performance platform and other platforms dashboards.
  • Understand business \ functional requirements and refine the technical requirements, solutions and drive projects through to completion.
  • Break down tasks for other developers and offer guidance to the team when they are blocked.
  • Work with software engineers to scale our production systems.
  • Contribute to the adoption of software architecture, code & test standards \ performance \ security and new technologies.
  • Work with developers and testers to create and maintain test (automated or not) coverage.
  • Participate actively on Scrum Rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
  • Achieve on-time delivery without compromising quality.

 What you’ll Need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development.
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving.
  • Solid experience with JAVA and maybe other languages such as Python.
  • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript library \ framework preferably with React \ Vue.
  • High-experience on designing and developing API-based integrations, microservices architecture with dockers \ containers (ex.: Kubernetes).
  • Experience with on Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC) or similar.
  • Experience with queues (RabbitMQ or Kafka) or event-driven architecture.
  • Good knowledge with relation and non-relation cloud databases preferably with MondoDB.
  • Experience with distributed systems, CI/CD (Azure DevOps / VSTS) tools, and containerizing applications (Kubernetes), Cloud Hosting (Azure).
  • Experience with development tools and process (GIT, Maven, Gradle).
  • Experience with security protocols (JWT, OAUTH, etc.);
  • Proficiency with automated tests using JUnit, Jmeter, Cypress, etc.
  • Experience working under Agile environment & frameworks.
  • Experience with system deployments into production.
