Mobileye is looking for a highly driven and dynamic Technical Execution Manager to join AI Engineering department.
Our goal is to accelerate development velocity across AI/ML projects within the company. We develop cross-company products such as data platforms, MLOps, simulator, and ML architecture to empower our algorithm teams and enhance our products.
As a Technical Execution Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, monitoring, executing, and making strategic decisions in collaboration with organizational leadership.
What will your job look like:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of tasks and activities.
- Ensure alignment of execution with strategic goals and objectives.
- Coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify and mitigate execution risks and issues.
- Regularly communicate the status and development plans of the team.
- Optimize processes by analyzing previous workflows, identifying issues, and creating and improving mechanisms to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, managers, product managers, and data teams.
All you need is:
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical products or programs in companies with highly complex systems.
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of strong execution and problem-solving skills, with extensive leadership experience and a strong work ethic.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in tools and techniques for performance monitoring and improvement.
