Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Architect to join our expanding Business Technology team.  This is a Director level IC role.  Reporting directly to the head of Business Technology, you will collaborate closely with leadership across business functions and engineering. Your primary goal will be to develop a robust enterprise architecture blueprint, evaluating new technologies, shaping future-state architecture and accelerating business outcomes. This role offers high visibility and a chance to make a significant impact in our entrepreneurial environment.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Industry certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), Zachman, or equivalent
  • Experience in Fintech industry will be preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture roles, with at least 5 years specifically in enterprise architecture
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-wide IT systems
  • Expertise in architecture modeling tools and frameworks, with a focus on building end-to-end system flows to enhance business agility
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with diverse technology stacks, including Salesforce, NetSuite, integration platforms, business analytics, cloud computing, databases, and networking
  • Experience in driving innovation and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, etc., to deliver tangible business value
  • Strategic thinking and visioning, adept at aligning IT strategy with overarching business goals
  • Demonstrated success in building large-scale integrated systems that effectively scale with enterprise needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Analytical mindset, capable of solving complex problems and proposing innovative solutions to optimize IT architecture
  • Strong leadership abilities, proven in leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus on architectural decisions
  • Ability to define robust architecture standards and frameworks to ensure seamless consistency and interoperability across the organization.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle
$185,100$230,900 USD
Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$166,600$207,800 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$157,400$196,200 USD
