Engineering Manager II, Mobile

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Lead a team of experienced mobile engineers in Warsaw
• Organize stand-ups, sprint planning, technical discussions and work for the team
• Develop your team members via 1:1s, career planning, and coaching discussions
• Define teams' objectives and key results and ensure it aligns with Box's business goals
• Define teams' roadmap, execution plans and take ownership of delivery
• Drive engineering excellence through measuring and honing quality and development practices
• Align and coach team members to excel on Box values

WHO YOU ARE 

• You have 2+ years experience leading engineering teams
• You have 5+ years technical experience, including 1+ years building mobile applications
• You are able to build alignment and execute on new technical ideas
• You have people-oriented leadership style
• You are passionate about all things mobile and enjoy raising the bar
