The Dasher Engagement engineering team is responsible for the complete lifecycle of the Dasher activities at Doordash. The dasher mobile app has hundreds of thousands of users and has reached the top 10 downloads in the Business/Tools sections of the App store/Play store.
The Dasher Engagement team is responsible for making Dashing the preferred gig of choice. This team helps progress towards the mission through multiple ways - By focusing on building a Dasher Incentives system that offers the Dasher perks outside of their earnings.
Doordash is looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong product sense to oversee our Dasher Engagement Team. This team is responsible for onboarding new dashers onto our platform and ensuring that they stay engaged and retain them. This team entails a wide scope of problems to solve across Web, Mobile and Backend including dasher engagement, retention, rewards, ratings, progression and much more.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $179,775 - $243,225, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
