What You'll Do:

Lead the team that is responsible for building sophisticated mobile and web applications
Lead the team on executing OKRs and long term strategic plans
Collaborate closely with product and design to ship flawless front-end experiences
Mentor engineers on their technical skills and professional development
Provide technical feedback on engineering architecture decisions for new large scale features and when necessary be excited to dive into the code yourself
Ensure code quality is high and code reviews in the team are effective
Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Who You Are:

8+ years of front-end engineering experience
2+ years of engineering management experience
Experience with React or React Native development
Enjoy helping other engineers develop their engineering and leadership skills
Experience working with product and business stakeholders on large projects
Owned the technical roadmap for large business areas
A passion for working in high performing teams and building great products to help members make better decisions around their benefits spending

This position has a minimum base salary of $185,000 and a midpoint base salary of $200,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards.
