What You’ll Do

· Help development teams onboard their services onto Kubernetes

· Improve observability, alerting and automation

· Apply best practices around security and compliance

Skills You’ll Need

· 2+ years of experience delivering reliable and maintainable software

· Comfortable working with the command line on Linux (e.g. bash scripts)

· Good level of understanding of Kubernetes and Helm core concepts

· Experience with software delivery tools like ArgoCD or similar

· Open-source observability stack – Prometheus or Victoria Metrics, Grafana, Fluentd and OpenTelemetry or similar

· Python programming

· Fundamentals in data structures, design patterns, and algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· B.S. or M.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Experience working with hypervisors is a plus

· GitHub administration experience is a plus
