Your Role
Celigo’s integrator.io iPaaS platform powers millions of transactions every day, serving customers across the globe. As our DevOps Architect, you will design and oversee the architecture of our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. You will drive automation across our deployment and operations processes, create robust CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping our DevOps strategy and ensuring a seamless, continuous delivery pipeline that supports rapid product development and high-quality service.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Educational Background:
    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in software product development, with substantial experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure architecture.
    • Proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, IAM) with familiarity in other cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
    • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
    • Strong scripting skills in Python and BASH; comfortable with version control systems like Git.
    • Experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Chef, Ansible, Puppet).
    • Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, or Travis CI.
    • Knowledge of logging, telemetry, and observability solutions (e.g., ELK, Splunk, New Relic) as well as familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB.
    • Experience with enterprise monitoring systems and a solid understanding of security compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to thrive in an Agile development environment and work collaboratively across globally distributed teams.

What Would You Do, If Hired?

  • Architectural Leadership:
    • Design and implement a robust DevOps architecture for our integrator.io platform across production, staging, and development environments.
  • Automation & Optimization:
    • Develop and optimize automated deployment pipelines using IaC and CI/CD best practices to streamline provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes.
  • Collaboration & Integration:
    • Work closely with product, engineering, and security teams to integrate automation tools, establish monitoring systems, and ensure security compliance.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee incident response processes, manage on-call responsibilities, and ensure the continuous availability and scalability of our services.
  • Mentorship & Innovation:
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance our DevOps capabilities.
