Chainlink Labs is looking for a Developer Events Manager to take the lead in Chainlink’s developer events making them best-in-class and catered towards developers. In this role, you will ensure that the level of polish and quality of our developer events and communities are the best in the industry.

Your Impact

Take the lead in Chainlink’s developer events making them best-in-class and catered towards developers
Inspire and equip developers to use Chainlink via events.
Organize world-class developer meet-ups, workshops and hackathons with great attendance, participation, and engagement - create a strategy and execute it
Support Chainlink developers when they need a hand, building a following for yourself and Chainlink
Be an active and authentic participant in the blockchain and Ethereum developer ecosystem wherever they gather, online and offline
Increase the participant event satisfaction

Requirements

High attention to detail
High sense of accountability
Experience organizing and supporting small to large tech events (from 20 people to 10,000 people)
Experience marketing to developer and tech audiences
Experience managing event logistics (online and in-person)
Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and possess a growth mindset
Ability to operate independently and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Desired/Optional Qualifications

Industry knowledge (Blockchains, DeFi, trends, use-cases)
Understanding of Chainlink ecosystem
2+ years of event management experience
2+ years of experience working within a fast-paced or startup environment
2+ years of experience owning developer community and marketing initiatives
2+ years working within a globally distributed team
