Data Analyst - Online Store Tribe

As a Data Analyst working in the Online Store tribe, you will play a key role in leveraging data to inform product development, enhance the overall customer experience, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with stakeholders to define product KPIs and build data models that measure the success of product strategies and align with business goals.
• Empower the product lifecycle with data-driven insights, quantitative analyses, and actionable recommendations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to foster a data-driven culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Platform, and Marketing teams.
• Design and implement scalable data models, provide reliable and accurate reporting and analytics support, and enable others to develop reports.

You’ll be great for this role if you have: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL.
• Experience with data processing tools and warehouses like dbt Cloud and Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Experience with Google Analytics & Firebase.
• Experience of BI is desirable.
• Experience with Python is preferred but not required.
