If you’re excited about empowering small business owners around the world through data-driven insights, we’d love to hear from you.

Team Description: You will join the Revenue Analytics team, focusing specifically on the Marketing & Engagement domain. We are a group of curious, proactive analysts and engineers dedicated to maintaining data integrity while building new analytical products. We bridge the gap between raw data and commercial strategy, ensuring that our stakeholders in Marketing and CRM have the visibility they need to optimize their campaigns and funnel performance.

What you’ll do

  • Turn complex marketing, brand, and CRM data into reliable dashboards and visual stories that enable fast decision-making
  • Maintain and improve our reporting layer to ensure stable visibility across channels and funnel stages
  • Conduct deep-dive analytical work to uncover performance drivers, patterns, and opportunities for experimentation
  • Build new analytical products that extend measurement capabilities, supporting full-funnel reporting and brand impact tracking
  • Introduce automation to reduce manual reporting overhead and accelerate iteration cycles

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You have 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within commercial analytics, marketing, or CRM domains.
  • You possess strong proficiency in building dashboards and visual analytics (Tableau experience is highly preferred), with the ability to tell clear data stories.
  • You are skilled in SQL, capable of writing, optimizing, and validating complex queries.
  • You are a proactive self-learner with a curious mindset, comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing better approaches.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Python,  dbt, or Git is considered a plus.

Why you should join SumUp

  • We’re a truly global team of 3000+ people from 92+ countries, spread across 4 continents.
  • You'll have the opportunity to make an impact as we work in flat hierarchies.
  • You'll attend global off-sites and regular team events.
  • You’ll receive a budget for attending conferences and external training.
  • We offer a corporate pension scheme, 28 days’ paid leave, free German and yoga classes, subsidised Urban Sports Club membership, and other great benefits.
