Incode is a digital identity unicorn that has experienced significant growth over the past four years. We are currently seeking an experienced analyst to support this growth by focusing on metrics for one of our main products: the identification documents processing pipeline. You will work closely with the ML team to analyze the correspondence between low-level model metrics and top-level KPIs, aiding in making informed decisions about growth priorities. Despite our size, we maintain a startup spirit, where rapid changes impact the entire product without a long chain of approvals. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and support set of metrics that represent various ML pipeline quality aspects
2. Perform testing of new features/models (including, but not limited to A/B) 
3. Analyze the data from various sources to provide useful insights (about model performance, problematic data slices, data shifts, labelers performance, etc.) 


Requirements:
1. 3+ years of hands-on experience as analyst
2. Python, libs for data analysis and visualization
3. SQL
4. Experience with data visualizations tools (tableau, grafana, etc...) 
5. Good understanding of statistics 
6. Experience with some pipeline orchestrator(s) (airflow, dagster, prefect, ...)

Nice to have:
1. Understanding of ML basics
2. Experience with building analytics for ML products
