What you'll do:
- You will be part of the MarTech CRM global team, building and enabling solutions together with business units across more than 30 countries;
- The position will have an interface with IT and marketing organizations, working as the point of contact for business stakeholders;
- Facilitate the planning and execution of initiatives to enable the Organization to achieve business goals through the effective use of technology;
- Translate marketing plans into production-ready delivery modules within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of business;
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Understanding of CRM strategies, journeys, and automation in multiple channels (e-mail, SMS, push and in app-notification, Whatsapp, etc);
- Knowledge in SFMC modules (Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Advertising Studio, Personalization, etc);
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs;
- Technology affinity and employment systems background to drive simplification and change;
- Proven ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;
- Relevant experience in online marketing, preferably with digital marketing and performance;
- Strong empathy for customers and the ability to think, communicate, and partner with department and company leaders;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Languages: English (Advanced / Fluency).

- Act as an analyst for the respective technology stacks and ensure that the appropriate technology is implemented according to the needs of the business;
