Finstek is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to oversee our engineering department. You will be responsible for our global engineering team and some of our business operations. In this role, your primary responsibility is to control the delivery of the Company's own developed products. You will also be responsible for key technology decisions in the Company, including managing and controlling the technology budget.
In this CTO role, you will be a key member of the senior management team. If you have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Finstek engineering departments
- Building high performing software development teams, which are working both from offices and remotely
- Implement and control the execution of business plans and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or CEO of an IT company, or a relevant role
- Technical background
- Proven track record of hiring, building and managing engineering teams
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2+)
