Card Issuing/Acquiring Data Entry Specialist, Bulgaria (Fixed Term)

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering and updating card issuing and card acquiring-related tasks into the company's internal system;
• Processing card balances, meticulously reviewing and verifying the accuracy of cardholders' balances;
• Accurately updating cardholder information, including but not limited to card status details, and transaction history, into the company's card systems;
• Collaborating with other departments, including customer service, finance, and compliance, to ensure accurate and timely processing of cardholder data and transactions;
• Managing cardholder accounts and performing routine updates and maintenance tasks as needed;
• Responding to inquiries and requests from cardholders, internal teams, and external partners regarding transaction details and cardholder information;
• Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards governing cardholder data security, privacy, and transaction processing.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus;
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a financial institution;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping;
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
