WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative, and impact-driven Business Analytics Lead to shape how we understand and steer the business. You’ll lead a team working across Marketing, Strategy, and Finance, connecting insights with action and helping senior leaders make better, faster decisions. You will act as a close partner to the CMO and CFO, and be a member of the Data & Analytics leadership team, reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics. 

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting the dots – between teams, between data points, and between short-term impact and long-term strategy. You're someone who can zoom out to see the big picture, then zoom in to make it real.

You bring 8+ years of experience in Analytics or a related field, including 2+ years of people management. Experience supporting Digital Marketing teams is a strong plus. You’ve worked with senior leadership, skilled at prioritizing what matters most, know what good looks like, and you’re not afraid to ask the hard questions.

 

WHAT YOUʼLL DO 🚀

• Lead a team of Analysts working across Marketing, Strategy, and Finance. 
• Evolve the Business Analytics function, build the team, set processes, and drive a data-informed culture.  
• Turn complex data into actionable insights through thoughtful analysis, storytelling, and dashboarding.
• Partner up with the Marketing and Finance leadership to guide and advise on operational and strategic decisions. 
• Drive the Marketing and Finance data and analytics roadmap, including capability and infrastructure investments.
• Manage and guide cross-functional projects

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Analytics or similar area, including substantial hands-on experience
• 2+ years of people management – you’ve led teams and helped others grow.
• Experience in the Digital Marketing domain is a big plus.
• Experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders like CMOs, CFOs, and exec teams.
• Good technical understanding of Marketing technology, and experience in collaboration with data and engineering teams.  
• Strong experience working with SQL on large data sets, and with BI tools. Experience with Python or R is a plus. 
• Comfort with stats, causal inference, and experimentation – you know how to separate signal from noise.
• Strong communication – you’re great at distilling complex ideas into clear insights that drive decisions. 
• Ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in fast-paced, creative, and high-growth environments.
