Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-time deliverable of analytics reports, dashboard maintenance & development, and project management support
  • Provide quality of deliverable measured by key users/stakeholders (HR leaders, HRBP & Talent Acquisition teams) feedback & satisfaction
  • Maintain dashboards and create ad-hoc HR analytics reports in Google Sheets for HRBPs with data extracted from HR information systems
  • Maintain dashboards and design/develop/deploy new ones on the data analytics platform (Volcano Engine by ByteDance) & HR information systems, collaborating with Data Engineers in technology teams and business users (Managers, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
  • Assist in project management and data analyses/report generation of employee surveys, incl. engagement/pulse survey, onboarding & exit survey & interviews, etc
  • Assist in development or upgrade of HR information systems
  • Assist in establishing or revamping key metrics to measure and define success in people management

Requirements:

  • At least 4 days/week for 6 months dedicated to the early careers program, currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM/Business
  • Basic data processing, analysing & visualising skills, i.e. MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with visualisation tools & programming is a plus
  • Strong curiosity with an open mind and eagerness to learn, able to collaborate with cross-cultural teams
  • Logical & analytical thinking skills with good attention to details, able to interpret data and turn them into insights
  • Self-driven & organised way of working, willing to go extra miles for success with proactive problem-solving approach
  • Clear and concise communication, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms with fluent English
