Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and deployment of AI applications based on large language models (LLMs), including intelligent assistants, automation tools, and AI agents.
- Integrate and utilize mainstream LLM APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) to build AI-powered features.
- Assist in prompt design, optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Support backend development for AI applications, including API development, task workflows, and tool integrations.
- Contribute to the implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), knowledge bases, and agent workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world business scenarios.
- Assist with debugging, log analysis, performance tuning, and system stability improvements
Requirements
- Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong interest in AI, large language models, and AI-driven applications.
- Solid problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience using LLM APIs or AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation tools, or chatbots.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering or RAG concepts.
- Backend development experience, including API design or system integration.
- Familiarity with common development tools and frameworks (Git, REST APIs, Java, Spring Framework).
