BI Analytics Lead

Position Description:

• Design, implement and maintain robust analytics solutions across all areas of the business, including clinical, lab, operations, marketing, product, and finance
• Assist with short, medium and long-term strategies to identify opportunities and support business growth
• Collect, analyse and interpret complex data from diverse sources
• Provider actionable insights that empower all departments to make data-driven decisions
• Build and maintain critical Insights and BI dashboards 
• Work with different stakeholders to translate requirements into Insights
• Research cutting edge application of analytics in the healthcare domain
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation 
• Proven ability to deliver comprehensive and detailed analytical reports 
• Strong leadership and management skills
