Job Profile Summary
Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed. Responsible for day to day monitoring, maintenance, and development of the Backup and Storage infrastructure throughout our global datacenters. Backup and Storage Infrastructure Engineers have an extensive knowledge of storage and backup technologies and will handle escalations, and where necessary, work through these issues to resolution with the appropriate vendor. Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field
Certifications
• Commvault Certified Professional Required
Experience
• 5 - 7 years of technical engineering and administration experience - CommVault
• A minimum of 4 years of experience maintaining storage arrays and backups. CommVault Certified
• Technical customer support experience in a cloud hosting/technology environment Physical Demands Schedule flexibility to include working weekends and/or evenings and holidays as required by the business for 24/7 operations.
