About the job

The Observability PaaS team is building an all-in-one monitoring platform to provide dashboarding and alert capabilities to both Scaleway’s products and customer systems.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of crafting the product with your teammates.

You will be responsible for developing, operating, and optimizing the product.

You will also play a key part in designing the technical stack and managing the product backlog.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to bring out the best in an amazing team
Good experience in Golang & Backend development (any additional language is a plus)
Experience with typical DevOps tooling: Git, CI/CD, containers, etc.
Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications

You have knowledge of observability products: Prometheus, Loki, Alertmanager, Grafana, etc.
You are comfortable using collaborative tools: GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Slack, etc.
You have good knowledge of microservices and cloud patterns (K8s is a plus)
You are familiar with quality enhancers: unit/end-to-end testing and documentation
You have sysadmin and networking knowledge

Contribute to the product backlog

Location

This position can be either:

Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), with the possibility of working 3 days / week remotely
