Job Duties:
- Collaborate with various product team members and help to define AI product specifications and expected outcomes
- Lead and organize the team to meet AI product and technical roadmaps and commitments to ensure that they deliver the highest value
- Resolve conflicts and dependencies impacting the team of delivering product in time
- Plan and allocate resources in team to meet expectations on medium and long-term AI roadmaps
- Facilitate development and knowledge sharing processes, personal growth within the team
- Continuously improve how the team functions and delivers software.
- Lead design session for AI Projects, participate in code reviews and have the ability to mentor engineers at a technical level
Job Requirements:
- Education Requirements: Masters degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or closely related.
- Experience Requirements: 24 months in job offered, Engineering Manager, or closely related.
- Special skills requirements:
- Experience working with VoIP communications
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural language processing (NLP) with the application of mathematics
- Experience collaborating with various product team members and help to define AI product specifications and expected outcomes
- Experience leading and organizing a team to meet AI product and technical roadmaps and commitments to ensure that they deliver the highest value
- Experience planning and allocating resources in team to meet expectations on medium and long-term AI roadmaps
- Experience maintaining policies and procedures that produce high quality software product and service
- Experience with End-to-end product development management
- Experience evaluating different algorithmic approaches to solve product use cases
- Experience building solutions according to market regulations
