The Marketing Analytics Manager will deliver highly visible and groundbreaking analytics to support the objectives of MoneyLion’s unique growth engine, customer lifecycle program and product organization.  We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit to create analytics, tools and insights that enables efficient growth and increases customer LTV.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director, Marketing Strategy & Analytics to define the analytics roadmap and priorities that align with marketing team goals and growth objectives
  • Become the “go to” person for our head of growth, lifecycle and other marketing leaders by proactively identifying areas for improvement in channel mix, targeting and new user onboarding
  • Evaluate all marketing activities and tactics across all paid and owned channels (i.e. Google, lifecycle) with an eye towards driving efficient growth and long-term customer retention
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for marketing, product and executive leadership and that “tells a story” and track key KPIs, goals
  • Create marginal CAC and ROAS tooling to help recommend how marketing investment is best spent
  • Build and recommend customer segmentation and targeting that enables the lifecycle team to optimize contact strategy and efficacy of all communications
  • Perform deep analysis on all product onboarding funnels, product retention and user experiences
  • Enable the marketing organization to understand the driving factors of customer LTV and long-term customer retention
  • Own MoneyLion’s marketing measurement program by managing all attribution models and conducting incrementality analysis
  • Drive, enable and troubleshoot the analytics implementation of all partners, ad platforms and martech tools
  • Implement proper data tagging, ensure tracking and manage marketing data models
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts fostering their long-term growth through mentorship as well as guiding them on deliverables and projects
  • Establish a data-driven culture in marketing and train business partners on adopting key tools

About you

  • 4+ years experience in banking, fintech, adtech, ecommerce, consulting or other B2C business
  • 4+ years experience in data analysis and data visualization
  • Experience leading a team or experience leading highly visible cross-functional projects
  • Effective communicator with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the innate desire to answer “why”
  • A strong problem solver with experience overcoming ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing and experience applying them
  • Proficient in SQL, proficiency in Python a plus
  • Experience in marketing analytics or customer analytics a plus
